Todas as frases do texto têm: “livre” = viver/vive e “learn” aprende. No mais, as frases estão no primeiro condicional que externa que, no acontecimento da hipótese (if), a segunda parte da frase acontecerá. Ou seja: se eu vivo com…, eu aprendo a…. Por isso, a letra B está correta.
